Primary Function: To assist Owners, Developers, Investors, and Lenders in selecting and / or providing support services to on-site management of under-performing hotels and resorts during transitions, change of ownership, re-positionings, and foreclosures.
Methodology: Assessing every aspect of feasibility, development, including layout and design, facilities and amenities, franchise affiliation, and determining the asset's opportunities for operation's improved efficiency, profitability, guest experience, safety, and security.

- Site selection / inspection
- Conceptual planning and coordination of operational aspects between developer, architect, and designer
- Review of market area and competitor base analysis
- Review of feasibility studies / appraisals
- Assist in negotiating appropriate franchise affiliation and flag
- Meet with lender prospects / investors
- Assist in selection process of hotel and resort's key management personnel / management company
